A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled “The management and budget act,” by amending section 448 (MCL 18.1448), as added by 2012 PA 381, and by adding section 449.
The bill amends the Management and Budget Act to require detailed spending plans and audits for state grants, restricts funding to certain entities, and enhances transparency in state fund expenditures.
