A bill to amend 2000 PA 92, entitled “Food law,” by amending section 5105 (MCL 289.5105), as amended by 2012 PA 178, and by adding section 5102.
The bill prohibits dynamic pricing for WIC-eligible food items in retail groceries, imposes fines for violations, and amends existing food law to specify conditions for administrative fines, contingent on the enactment of another bill.
