A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled “Michigan consumer protection act,” by amending section 3 (MCL 445.903), as amended by 2022 PA 152, and by adding section 3p.
The bill amends the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to define and prohibit various deceptive trade practices and introduces transparency requirements for businesses involved in round-up donation programs.
