A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,” by amending sections 2421b, 2421c, 2421d, and 2421e (MCL 600.2421b, 600.2421c, 600.2421d, and 600.2421e), as added by 1984 PA 197.
