A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending section 675c (MCL 257.675c), as amended by 2000 PA 268, and by adding sections 40d and 674b.
The bill amends the Michigan Vehicle Code to regulate electric vehicle parking spaces, requiring vehicles to be charging to park in designated spots, and allows vehicle owners to recover damages for parking violations.
