A bill to amend 1976 PA 399, entitled “Safe drinking water act,” (MCL 325.1001 to 325.1023) by adding section 15a.
The bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Act to prevent local authorities from requiring compliant adult foster care facilities, serving 50 or fewer residents, to switch from well water to another water system.
