A bill to amend 1984 PA 270, entitled “Michigan strategic fund act,” by amending section 4 (MCL 125.2004), as amended by 2020 PA 358, and by adding section 7c.
The bill amends the Michigan Strategic Fund Act to expand the scope of economic development projects and restricts financial assistance to entities on the UFLPA Entity List, while also addressing financial allocations related to the Flint Water Cases settlement.
