A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled “The code of criminal procedure,” by amending section 12m of chapter XVII (MCL 777.12m), as amended by 2019 PA 134.
Senate Bills 1054 and 1055 establish standards and penalties for the safe handling and distribution of human milk, prohibits internet sales for profit, and mandates support for donors as well as revise penalties for certain felonies in Michigan over unadulterated or raw human milk.
