A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 22224c.
The bill simplifies the process for outpatient imaging centers to offer certain imaging services by allowing them to file a letter of intent instead of obtaining a certificate of need, provided they receive departmental approval within 30 days.
