2024 Senate Bill 1135

Weapons: firearms; sale, manufacture, or possession of a firearm disguised to resemble a toy; prohibit.

A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 410d.

The bill criminalizes the sale of imitation firearms in Michigan, with specific exceptions, and will take effect 90 days post-enactment.
