Insurance: health insurers; coverage for dispensing a 90-day refill for maintenance prescription drug; require of health insurers.

A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled “The insurance code of 1956,” (MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 3406kk.

The bill requires insurers to cover a 90-day supply of maintenance prescription drugs under health insurance policies in Michigan.
