A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled “The insurance code of 1956,” by amending sections 134 and 3104 (MCL 500.134 and 500.3104), section 134 as amended by 1990 PA 256 and section 3104 as amended by 2019 PA 21.

SB 794 amends the Open Meetings Act to include the Catastrophic Claims Association board under its provisions, mandates open meetings for public bodies, removes outdated COVID-19 measures, and sets procedures for remote participation and public notification.
