A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending section 625 (MCL 257.625), as amended by 2021 PA 85.
Substantially reduces the sentences for someone who is convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated if they complete a program administered by a sobriety court.
