A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 16186b.
Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to publish an annual report listing states or countries that we have recognized have substantially similar licensing conditions under DHHS jurisdiction that we allow the transfer of a license for a health professional. List any impediments to recognizing the qualifications of a person from a given state or nation.
