A bill to amend 2016 PA 407, entitled “Skilled trades regulation act,” (MCL 339.5101 to 339.6133) by adding section 218.
Requires LARA to publish an annual report listing all states or countries that Michigan has licensed a skilled trade applicant from under reciprocal recognition and list out any impediments to recognizing a transfer of license accreditation from one state or country to another.
