Senate Bill No. 951, introduced on June 26, 2024, seeks to amend the Michigan Strategic Fund Act of 1984 by prohibiting the MSF from providing grants, loans, or other economic assistance to "disqualified persons," which include entities or individuals associated with countries of concern, adversarial entities, or military end-users as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Department of Defense.
