Insurance: health insurers; coverage for immunization agents and certain laboratory tests administered and ordered by a pharmacist; require.

A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled “The insurance code of 1956,” (MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 3406kk.

The bill requires Michigan health insurers to cover pharmacist-administered immunizations and lab tests under prescription drug policies.
