A bill to amend 2006 PA 110, entitled “Michigan zoning enabling act,” (MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702) by adding section 515.
The bill amends the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act to permit digital asset mining in industrial zones without special approvals and restricts local governments from imposing additional zoning requirements on such businesses compared to data centers.
