A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled “Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act,” by amending section 13a (MCL 125.1513a), as added by 1980 PA 233.
The bill updates energy conservation provisions in Michigan's construction code, prohibits local bans on gas-burning appliances, and exempts certain appliances from restrictions on continuously burning pilot lights.
