To reconsider an amendment offered by Democratic lawmakers which changes those parts of a House and Senate redistricting plan for the next ten years adopted in the previous vote which affect Detroit, part of Wayne County, and part of Oakland County. The amendment would maintain a Hispanic-majority district which currently exists.
