This appropriates $941.7 million in adjusted gross spending (funded from all sources, including state restricted fund and federal pass-through dollars, minus interdepartmental transfers), a 1.4 percent increase compared to the current year’s $928.9 million, which was the amount enacted in 2000. Of this, $34.6 million will come from the General Fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the current year’s $34.6 million.
