To eliminate a provision of the bill which authorizes the state Aeronautics Commission to acquire, maintain, and operate aircraft for the transportation of state elected officials, employees, commissioners, board members, and board members and employees of state 4-year colleges and universities traveling on business, and their properly invited guests.
