To require Michigan courts and law enforcement agencies to consider out-of-state personal protection orders as valid, and also consider child custody or support provisions within an out-of-state personal protection order as valid. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of Senate Bills 729, 753, 754, 757, and 758, and House Bills 5275, 5299, 5300, 5303, and 5304.
