2002 House Bill 5642 ↩
House Roll Call 362:
Passed
The House version of the FY 2002-2003 Department of Agriculture budget. This appropriates $87.6 million in adjusted gross spending (funded from all sources, including special state restricted fund and federal pass-through dollars, minus interdepartmental transfers), compared to $88.8 million, which was the FY 2001-2002 amount enacted in 2001, excluding any supplemental appropriations. Of this, $41.9 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the current year’s $43.7 million. The House version adds $1 million for bovine TB control and $100,000 for an Export Market Development Program.
