To authorize the sale of the Northville Psychiatric Hospital in Wayne County. This is required by the terms of Executive Order 2001-9, which was the measure required by a budget deficit to balance the state's General Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2002. The bill also conveys certain property under the jurisdiction of the department of community health to Tuscola County for purposes of transferring it to a county airport authority, and deposits the proceeds from the sale into the natural resources trust fund.
