To convey to Coldwater Township in Branch county, for $1, certain parcels of state owned property, to be used exclusively for public recreational purposes; to convey to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs of 24.25 acres of property at the State of Michigan North Complex in Ingham County, now owned by the Department of Management and Budget, for construction of a the Combined Support Maintenance Shop; and to authorize the conveyance of 2.3 acres in Detroit where the Greyhound Station and the Michigan Intelligent Transportation System are located, under terms to be named later.
