To modify the number of circuit and probate judgeships currently assigned to Wayne, Genesee and Macomb Counties. The bill also adds provisions which make certain circuit, probate, and district court boundaries co-terminous, so as to make it easier to adopt the new system proposed by House Bill of concurrent jurisdiction among trial courts; and adds language clarifying provisions of a recently passed law adding "dating relationships" to those covered by domestic violence laws.
