To require school elections to be held in May or November of odd-numbered years, and school special elections to be held on one of the four days on which all elections would be held in the state, as proposed in Senate Bill 439. School elections would be run by municipal or county election officials, take place in the same polling places as other types of elections, and impose on school elections the same regulations as all other elections.
