To create a pregnant and parenting student services fund in the Department of Treasury, funded by appropriations of tax revenue and private contributions, to provide grants to encourage institutions of higher education to establish and operate pregnant and parenting student services offices. The offices would provide or assist students in finding services including health care, family housing, child care, flexible or alternative academic scheduling, education concerning responsible parenting for mothers and fathers, and referrals to adoption agencies or pregnancy prevention, except for abortion services. The offices would identify public and private service providers qualified to provide these services.
