To leave in place the current 3,500 square feet of habitable space limit on the size of a residential building which a person who is not an Architect, Professional Engineer, or Land Surveyors may plan, design, or direct the construction of, but change the definition of habitable space to mean only space used for living, sleeping, eating, or cooking, and not include a heater or utility room, crawl space, basement, attic, garage, open porch, balcony, terrace, court, deck, bathroom, toilet room, closet, hallway, storage space, etc.
