The bill prohibits Blue Cross Blue Shield from entering into contracts with health facilities out of state for the purpose of disadvantaging Michigan facilities or replacing a contract with a Michigan facility. This is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 460 and 234 to 238, and House Bills 4280 to 4282.
