To require Blue Cross Blue Shield to offer a pilot prescription drug coverage policy in at least one nongroup and group conversion certificate. A group conversion certificate allows an individual previously covered under a group policy to purchase the same coverage after leaving the group. The legislation is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 460 and 234 to 238, and House Bills 4280 to 4282.
