To require the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to post on its website a list of materials prohibited from disposal in Michigan landfills, and require solid waste haulers to give each of their customers an annual notice of the prohibited items. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of Senate Bills 57, 98, 497, 498, 499, 502, 505, 506, 557, 715, and Senate Resolutions 4 and 12.
