2004 Senate Bill 1266 ↩
House Roll Call 1065:
Passed
To revise the membership of the “lake board” that local governments with lakes in their jurisdiction are authorized to form, establish a process for the dissolution of a lake board, allow a lake board to apportion a share of its administrative expenses in the cost of a lake improvement projects, and clarify record-keeping responsibilities for a lake board. The bill would eliminate the requirement that a lake board include a representative of the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
