To define “beverage containers” for the purpose of banning their disposal in Michigan landfills. The definition would include an airtight metal, glass, paper, or plastic container sold with one gallon or less of a soft drink or other nonalcoholic carbonated drink; beer, ale, etc.; a mixed wine drink or a mixed spirit drink.
