To prohibit a county concealed weapons licensing board from requiring gun safety and training course completion certificates to conform to any particular form, color, wording, or content, other than that specified in state law. The certificates are required for those who wish to obtain a concealed pistol license (CPL). Also, to require that a pistol training or safety program consist of at least eight hours of instruction.
