To authorize a Michigan law enforcement officers memorial monument commission to oversee the financing, design, and construction of a memorial monument dedicated to law enforcement officers from Michigan who died in the line of duty. The monument would not be located on the grounds of the state capitol and would display the name of each Michigan law enforcement officer who died in the line of duty.
