To authorize Michigan’s entry into a multi-state Wildlife Violator Compact. The compact requires that an individual whose right to hunt, trap or fish has been revoked or restricted in one member state because of wildlife violations would be subject to the same or similar restrictions in all member states. At least 18 states are members of the compact, and several others are in the process of joining.
