To revise the sentencing guidelines for the crime of making an intentionally false report of felony child abuse, and the crime of wearing body armor during the commission of a certain crimes. Also, to include crimes committed by an individual with whom the victim had a dating relationship in a provision of the criminal code prohibiting a magistrate from refusing to accept a complaint alleging a violation of the assault laws, and in a provision pertaining to written policies for police officers responding to domestic violence calls.
