To make various technical changes to Michigan statutes to reflect the new drunk driving blood alcohol content threshold of .08 grams per 100 milliliters of blood, as contained in House Bill 4247, now Public Act 61 of 2003. That bill also established penalties for driving while under the influence of certain illegal drugs, and this bill amends other statutes to reflect these penalties.
