To immunize retailers from prosecution under a proposed prohibition on the dissemination or display of sexually explicit or violent video games to a minor, if a retailer has a policy of complying with a national video game rating system, doesn’t give minors material prohibited by the rating system, enforces the policy and trains employees to follow it.
