To require the Natural Resources Commission, in conjunction with the Department of Natural Resources, to submit a plan that would promote this state joining other Great Lakes states to establish a multistate recreation pass system allowing holders of a single pass to share recreational opportunities such as snowmobiling, boating, off-road vehicle use, hunting, fishing, and other recreational pursuits within the states.
