To make various revisions to Michigan's law on commercial interstate truck driver licenses so as to bring it into conformance with federal law, clarify a requirement that certain pickup trucks with trailers must stop at truck weigh stations, and require a new commercial vehicle operator's license endorsement for commercial haulers of hazardous materials. Also, to clarify that one of the funding shifts authorized by House Bill 4082 of road tax revenue from road projects to Secretary of State administration is for two years, not one year.
