To require law enforcement agencies to enter cases of missing senior citizens believed to be incapable of returning home without assistance into the Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) system, and to the national crime information center. This would trigger the broadcast to law enforcement agencies in the area of an alert about the missing person over the LEIN system.
