To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2002-SB-1316">“Michigan Next Energy Authority”</a> law to make entities active in a broader array of alternative energy technologies eligible for the law’s research, development, and manufacturing tax breaks and subsidies. Among other things this would include gasoline-electric hybrid vehicles.
