To tie-bar the bill to House Bill 4235, meaning this bill cannot become law unless that one does also. HB 4235 would mandate that diesel fuel sold in Michigan include at least two percent biodiesel beginning in 2007, or when the production capacity in the state reaches a certain level specified in the bill.
