To lower the gas tax on gasoline that contains from 70 percent to 85 percent ethanol from 19-cents to 12-cents per gallon, and on diesel fuel that contains 5 percent biodiesel from 15-cents to 12-cents per gallon. Note: Only "flex-fuel" vehicles can use this "E85" ethanol fuel.
