To revise the law that authorizes resort owners corporations formed to purchase and improve property for summer resort purposes, so as to clarify that any proposal by the corporation’s board of trustees to increase dues or levy special assessments must be approved by a majority vote of all the members of the corporation, unless the bylaws specifically allow approval with just a majority of the votes cast (but less than a majority of all members).
