To prohibit the Department of Natural Resources from selling more than 100 acres or 15 percent of a state park, wilderness area, wild area, or natural area unless the legislature passes a law allowing it. Also, to require proposed sales to first be referred to the 17-member citizens committee for Michigan state parks created by Public Act 392 of 2004 for a recommendation, and for public hearings to be held on proposed sales.
