This appropriates $13.093 billion in gross spending (funded from all sources, including special state restricted fund and federal pass-through dollars, and more), compared to $12.757 billion, which was the FY 2005-2006 amount enrolled in 2005. The budget increases the minimum per-pupil foundation allowance by $225 to $7,100.
